Responsibilities and Duties
- Define and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features aligned with the company’s strategic vision.
- Translate business requirements into clear and detailed user stories for the development team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, UX/UI, QA, business, marketing) to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Lead decision-making on features, improvements, and new functionalities based on data and market needs.
- Define key metrics to evaluate product success and optimize performance.
- Maintain constant communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee development phases, ensuring value delivery in each product iteration.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar roles in digital teams.
- Experience leading digital products in agile environments.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in software or digital application development.
Skills and Competencies:
- Product Management: Experience in creating and executing product roadmaps.
- Agile Methodologies: Practical knowledge of Scrum and Kanban.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and make metric-driven decisions.
- Effective Communication: Skill in aligning expectations across teams and stakeholders.
- UX and User Experience: Understanding of user-centered design and usability principles (preferred).
- Negotiation and Problem-Solving: Ability to prioritize features and manage business and development expectations.
- Tools: Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Figma, or similar tools.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technologies such as APIs, cloud architectures, web and mobile development (coding is not required but understanding key concepts is essential).
