Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engines.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, blog posts, newsletters, and other digital channels.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google analytics, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Assist in managing and updating the company website and social media profiles.
- Support the creation and optimization of paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visuals and graphics for marketing materials, using intermediate skills in Canva for creating and editing graphics.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance digital marketing efforts.
- Create and appear in Instagram reels, demonstrating comfort with being on camera.
- Adapt to using AI tools to enhance marketing efforts.
- Participate in app marketing initiatives, including promoting app features and user engagement strategies.
- Develop content in fluent English for blog posts and other digital channels.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or anyone with strong digital marketing knowledge.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their advertising features.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong creative skills in coming up with new campaign ideas.
- Experience with video creation and editing tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- Experience with content creation and graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM principles.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
